Physical Fitness: Components of Fitness (Overview)
Physical fitness is comprised of two divisions, health and skill related components. There are 6 health related components and 5 skill related components.

Looking at the whole of your fitness is a major key when it comes to working on creating a plan to improve. There are many pieces to being physically fit being a parent, an athlete, weekend warrior, you name it. When you know what components play a part into fitness, you’re able to apply this knowledge in your daily tasks and/ or during competitions or any activities.
